Our client is energy company which due to the growth of business in Poland recruits experienced candidate for the position Chief Trading Officer.
As CTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a sustainable energy ecosystem by:
• Designing and executing trading, origination, and portfolio management strategies
• Partnering with the CFO to manage budgets and forecasts
• Analyzing energy and gas markets to refine strategies
• Leading a high-performing trading and origination team
• Monitoring and reporting business performance
• Communicating strategy and results to the executive team
• Ensuring regulatory compliance across all trading activities
• Representing company at industry events and building strong partnerships
• Implementing modern technologies to enhance trading operations
To apply for this position you should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 10–15 years of progressive trading management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
• Deep knowledge of energy market legislation
• Proven success in trading and business growth
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in trading software and tools
• Working proficiency in Polish and English
