CNC Machine Operator

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and manual machines for rotor production, including threading operations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Record production data and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols; ensure machine guards and PPE are in place.
• Handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling.
• Maintain productivity and troubleshoot minor machine issues.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; 3–5 years of machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC lathe operation and threading processes.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and technical drawings.
• Strong math skills and basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel).
• Safety and quality mindset; ability to work flexible schedules.
