We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business growth in advanced industrial materials and solutions. This role focuses on driving sales performance, expanding market coverage, and managing strategic client relationships in heavy industries. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maximize sales orders, contracts, and profitability to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and coverage.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and product managers to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to define differentiation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Oversee contract renewals, proposals, and bidding processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor inventory, forecast consumption, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Drive compliance with company policies and safety standards across all sites.
- Lead and develop the sales team, fostering collaboration and succession planning.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Materials Science, Mechanical, Industrial) or related field.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years in sales leadership within heavy industries, or 5+ years in steel/metal sectors.
- Knowledge of industrial materials and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen, planning, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under pressure.
