Overview
Lead and supervise field commissioning activities for instrumentation and control system to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and safety requirements. Coordinate with contractors, vendor and other disciplines to ensure commissioning activities are executed in line with the project schedule. Identify, manage and resolve technical and safety issues during pre-commissioning ang commissioning phases.

Lead and supervise field commissioning activities for instrumentation and control system to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and safety requirements. Coordinate with contractors, vendor and other disciplines to ensure commissioning activities are executed in line with the project schedule. Identify, manage and resolve technical and safety issues during pre-commissioning ang commissioning phases.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field commissioning activities for instrumentation and control systems, both in brownfield and greenfield areas.
- Monitor and control commissioning progress, ensuring activities are completed in accordance with project schedule and priorities
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendor to ensure proper execution of loop checks, calibration, functional testing and system ready for commissioning and commissioning completion
- Review and validate commissioning documents, including procedures, method statements, loop folders and test records (ITR-A/B/C, SAT,MCC,PSSR and etc.)
- Ensure all instrument systems are installed, tested and commissioned in compliance with project specification and approved drawing
- Identify site issues and propose practical solutions or modification in coordination with the engineering team
- Coordinate system/subsystem handover and ensure all punch list item related to instrumentation are properly tracked and closed
- Attend and support project coordination meeting with owner, contractors, vendors and engineering teams as required
- Ensure all commissioning activities comply with QSHE policies, procedures and safe work practices
- Monitor quality control during commissioning to ensure compliance with inspection and test plans, procedures, and applicable standards
- Provide regular progress report and highlight risks or delays with mitigation plans
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Instrument Engineer or Instrument Discipline Manager
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in instrumentation, Control, Automation, Mechanical or related Engineering.
- Experiences in design review, FAT, loop test, SAT, commissioning of Safety Instrument System.
- Experience working in Petrochemicals, or refinerqies project in construction & commissioning phase
- Fluent Thai communication and good in English communication skills.
- Able to work base at Sriracha, Chonburi province
