This position will start on a 12 month contract with the option to either extend or transfer full time.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Competitive hourly/day rate
- Fortnightly pay via modern online payroll system

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in maintenance or project execution
- 5+ years Mechanical, Civil, or SMP experience
- Proven ability to integrate health and safety into contractor management
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
- Experience in shutdowns, campaign maintenance, and capital projects
THE JOB ROLE
- Oversee contractor teams for installation and structural remediation works
- Ensure compliance with Mine Safety Inspection Act 1994 and statutory obligations
- Manage critical asset replacements, upgrades, and obsolete equipment replacement
- First priority: successful delivery of site Fire Project and support for Brownfield scopes
