Core Responsibilities
  • Contract & Site Management: Lead and manage operations for multiple industrial service contracts, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement cost-control measures, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with commercial, technical, and supply chain teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Financial Oversight: Forecast material consumption, manage inventory, and ensure timely payment collection to maintain healthy working capital.
  • Safety & Compliance: Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites, fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor high-performing teams, strengthen collaboration, and develop succession plans for long-term stability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Materials Science, Mechanical, Industrial) or related field.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in heavy industries, with strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and industrial materials.
  • Skilled in planning, problem-solving, customer relationship management, and commercial strategy.
