Overview:
The Production Manager Of Projects is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end equipment setup process, coordinating installation activities, and managing customer requirements from initial setup through DOE (Design of Experiments), sample validation, and mass production support. This role serves as a critical liaison ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution & Timeline Management:
    Drive adherence to ramp-up schedules by monitoring progress against setup timelines and proactively addressing delays.
  • Technical Oversight:
    Manage critical setup issues, optimize process parameters, and ensure smooth commissioning of automation equipment.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Track and resolve outstanding technical challenges during commissioning and mass production phases, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Respond to customer Acceptance Tests (AT), collect and analyze required data, and provide timely feedback.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    Implement and enforce safety protocols for all setup equipment and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Support customer quality audits and drive corrective actions to maintain high standards of equipment performance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Lead DOE activities focused on equipment enhancements and process improvements to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    Manage schedules and deliverables with equipment manufacturers for setup, DOE, sample validation, and mass production support.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Prepare and submit detailed reports on equipment installation, operational performance, and customer-requested data aggregation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and setup of automation or secondary battery equipment.
  • Strong understanding of automation equipment processes, mechanisms, and commissioning best practices.
  • Background in the equipment industry highly desirable.
  • Korean language proficiency preferred for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required).
