Position Summary The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of power generation and EPC projects by coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication between internal teams and customers, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date. This role works closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Operations teams to support the delivery of gas turbine and balance-of-plant projects from initiation through commissioning.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Essential Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closeout of power generation and EPC projects.
- Maintain project schedules, action item logs, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Coordinate communication between engineering, procurement, manufacturing, field service, and customer stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and procurement activities.
- Assist with purchase order tracking, vendor coordination, and material delivery schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and turnover packages.
- Prepare customer reports, project dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Support mobilization and logistics activities for field service and commissioning teams.
- Assist with contract administration and change order documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and project management procedures.
- Identify schedule risks and communicate potential impacts to project leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of project coordination, project engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial project experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project scheduling and document control processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and project teams.
- Experience supporting EPC, power generation, energy, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
- Familiarity with gas turbine, power plant, or energy infrastructure projects.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Procore, SharePoint, or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and project controls processes.
