NES Fircroft are currently partnering with a tier 1 iron ore mining company to source a Reliability Specialist to support site based maintenance strategy improvement projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Undertake gap assessments for assets to identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices
  • Assess and prioritise equipment based on criticality, lifecycle and historical data
  • Review master data, engineering drawings and other information to establish equipment details
  • Develop proper FMEA for critical equipment and use RCM methodology for equipment strategy design
  • Conduct workshops with maintenance personnel to approve/review/adjust designed strategies
  • Develop required Master Data for the approved strategies
About You
  • Tertiary degree in electrical engineering or similar with relevant industry experience
  • Thorough understanding of FMECA and RCM processes
  • Ability to perform measured and accurate work across all depth levels, from high level gap assessments to detailed equipment specific failure analysis
  • SAP and Master Data knowledge
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
  • A team-focused approach with strong communication skills
  • Experience within Maintenance Workshop equipment including Lathes, Overhead Cranes, Automated Guided Vehicles, Lift Jacks, etc .
