I'm looking for an Electrical PV Site Managers to join an IPP developing, building and operating large-scale PV plants in Romania. The company operates offices across several European countries and is currently developing an extensive project portfolio. At present the company has five PV farms under construction (south and north of Romania), with several more planned for the next year.

Responsibilities:
- manage and supervise electrical aspects of PV construction
- ensure compliance with HSEQ standards
- coordinate subcontractors to meet project deadlines
- cooperate with project managers, engineering teams, suppliers, and local authorities.
- oversee material deliveries, equipment and site logistics.
- report on progress and potential risks
- take part in site inspections and quality checks
- electrical background
- at least 2-3 years of experience in PV, HV experience is a big plus
- Dirigente de Santier is nice to have
- work car & fuel car or budget for car
- SANAPLAN facility – with access to all clinics including Medlife
