Administrative Assistant

Currently seeking a Administrative / Onboarding assistant for a leading energy company in Australia. The purpose of the role is to lead the end-to-end process of onboarding new customers and suppliers and managing the review processes for existing customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding.
• Review current onboarding processes.
• Review documentation and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant finance and credit teams to ensure timely entry into systems.
• Ensure documents are saved and categorized appropriately.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with compliance, financial crime, financial reporting.
• Ability to review a variety of corporate, financial and tax related documents.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand the importance of compliance controls.
• Ability to prepare reports for their onboarding.
