You will be employed in the Aker Horizons Asset Development team where we together will develop, build, and operate green industrial hubs.

Purpose of position
We are looking to hire a proactive, structured and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to ensure a smooth and efficient running of our ongoing projects and the daily business. 

We would like you to
Take lead on a broad spectre of administrative tasks across the company, and support Project teams and the Management team with the following:

• Assist the management team with organizing meetings, calendars, and travel as well as other administrative tasks as needed
• Support administration of project control activities
• Administration of contracts, invoices, signatures, and documentation
• Initiate, control, and follow-up call-offs, purchase orders and invoices
• Facilitate and drive lessons learned and ensure internal knowledge transfer in projects
• Organize, plan, structure and follow up, before and after, internal and external meetings and events
• Be the superuser and point of contact for relevant administrative support systems
• Structure Teams/SharePoint sites
• Support and coordinate office related tasks - office supplies, canteen, kitchen, access, meeting rooms, visitors, post, transport services etc

You have

• 2 years of relevant experience from a similar role, however we encourage recent graduates to apply
• An understanding of engineering concepts and green technology is preferable
• Experience from project coordination related work, especially from the energy industry, is preferred
• Strong MS Office and various IT systems competence
• A confident and mature approach
• Effective organizational skills which enable and allow for rapid change
• Strong written and verbal English skills; Norwegian language skills are a plus
