1. PREAMBLE
The purpose of this specification is to define the conditions for the performance of the services relating to the administration studies of the SPP&ID databases and the production of the P&ID under SPP&ID to be carried out by the SERVICE PROVIDER within the framework of the QATAR NFS EPC PROJECT.

2.2. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
The SERVICE PROVIDER will carry out the following tasks:
Reporting to the head of the P&ID's Design & management department, you ensure the implementation, technical support and maintenance of SmartPlant P&ID (HEXAGON - INTERGRAPH).
Your activity as coordinator ultimately covers all the services necessary for optimal use of project data by the departments, Technip Energies subsidiaries or partners in the context of their projects.
You are the guarantor of the data quality of the SmartPlant P&ID database. After a period of integration / training within the Department, you will be in charge of:
§ To install, configure and set up SmartPlant P&ID in liaison with the information manager of the assignment project(s)
§ To guarantee, with the other administrators of tools used on the project, an efficient transfer of information from and to SmartPlant P&ID
§ To support and advise SmartPlant P&ID users
§ Interface with IT operations for SmartPlant P&ID support architecture
§ To supervise the systems, analyze their performance, and follow up incidents with the editor
§ Evaluate and implement new versions of SmartPlant P&ID in conjunction with associated tools
§ To establish the procedures for using SmartPlant P&ID in the context of assignment projects
§ To be able to manage interfaces with AVEVA ENGINEERING type tools if possible
3. BASIC DOCUMENTATION
The basic documents made available by TECHNIP ENERGIES FRANCE to the PROVIDER are:
- the specifications and working instructions applicable to the Project
- Completion deadlines
- Digital means
to which must be added the revisions of the general schedule, the other documents giving work directives, the objectives.
4. SKILLS REQUIRED
The studies at the expense of the SERVICE PROVIDER require the following skills:
• Holder of a baccalaureate degree + 5 minimum (in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent), you justify a first successful experience in an engineering design office in the field of Oil & Gas and have a strong interest in IT discipline and for implementing project data organization tools.
• You master design using Smartplant P&ID and have good knowledge of databases, XML language, Web services and ideally other tools of the INTERGRAPH suite (SmartPlant Foundation, 3D, PDS, Electrical, Instrumentation).
• A practice of engineering studies for the production of industrial refining, chemical and petrochemical complexes.
• Good knowledge of chemical engineering processes.
• A good knowledge of piping materials, instrumentation and associated studies.
• An ability to manage and synthesize the constraints influencing the detailed studies such as: norms, production standards, study rules, symbolism, etc.
• An ability to work in interaction with all disciplines, to manage technical elements under his responsibility and to integrate new constraints as the studies progress, to report to the TECHNIP FRANCE manager, the problems, which they are of general interest or to improve the provision of services.
• An ability to present carefully prepared documents that are clear, consistent, consistent and listed according to the standards or rules applicable to the contract.
