We are looking for a Adviser - Project Delivery to strengthen our Subsea team based in either our Winnersh (near Reading) or Aberdeen offices.
What will you be doing?
- Review, manage and expedite on time delivery of component level materials (inc. associated documentation) to ensure on time start dates for in-house manufactured materials are achieved
- Review, manage and expedite where 3rd party vendor material deliveries (inc. associated documentation) to ensure on time delivery to internal and external customers
- Support Project team to ensure any Company provided items are delivered as per our need dates to ensure on time delivery of our materials
- Provide effective project controlling and ensure that manufacturing meet project requirements and progress according to plan
- Liaise with planning focal point to ensure correct input into planning tools
- Prepare required documentation and manage project material shipping process including shipping/delivery list and document project shipping details as required
- Support manpower planning management
- Prepare, manage and update project LCI requirements
- Support project close out including expediting any outstanding activities
- Support transfer of relevant experience for input into lessons learned
- Support the execution of projects in line with global and local project management procedures (Changes, Risks, Resources, LCI and PEM)
- Monitor compliance and adherence to the Project Execution Model, aiming at consistency in project execution
- Monitor the use of project management tools and methods, reporting performance and addressing actions
- Support users in the systems used for project management, ensuring compliance to process and focused on continuous improvement.

- Able to analyse and simplify complex data
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Able to demonstrate a range of administrative and organization skills
- Be self-managing, have drive and enthusiasm to work to tight deadlines and be able to achieve set goals.
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Be a good team player
- Personal computer proficiency, SAP and Microsoft Office experience
- Detailed knowledge of specific procedures and a general understanding of the business area
- Ability to analyse project planning tools, identifying critical path, progress and areas of risk preferred
- Previous experience in roles in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a Projects environment
- Experience in the energy industry or similar
- BSc/MSc Engineering / Business Management Degree preferred
- Experience with Agile Management Process preferred.
