The Asset Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance of a group of renewable energy assets within this organization. This includes developing and implementing asset management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of assets over time. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring asset performance, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Early-generation monitoring as well as managing the energy certificates through to the relevant entities (AEMO/CER)
- Provide assistance to the development team
- Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with assets
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations related to asset management
- Develop budget plans for the acquisition of new assets
- Manage the maintenance of existing assets
- Monitor asset utilization to ensure optimal efficiency
- Prepare reports on asset performance
- Provide advice on best practices in asset management
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in Renewable Energy (Wind or Solar)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations related to asset management
