Asset Reliability Assessment
Shall conduct a review to assess the current level of reliability practices across
the site. The Asset Reliability Assessment scope will consist of;
• Workshop with site personnel (technicians and engineers) to discuss Maintenance and
Reliability programs (such as PM, PdM, CM, spare part management, etc)
• Definition of goals, with a gap and barrier analysis that the assessment will generate
• On-site assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of the Maintenance and Reliability
program including;
o Interviewing cross-section of the workforce to determine how well the reliability
methodologies have been adopted and incorporated into daily planning and work
activities
o In-depth evaluation of the reliability program setup and use
o Evaluate performance and financial data to determine how the program is being
implemented and the effectiveness, to establish a baseline for best practices
comparison
o Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis and comparison
to best-in-class companies in global industry (especially middle east companies)
o Develop an improvement plan for the reliability program and maintenance practices,
based on results of the assessment and SWOT analysis
o Conduct a planning exercise to help create a prioritised action plan for closing the
identified gaps.
o Quantify and provide a high-level estimate of the potential savings from implementing the action plan.
The assessment should cover the following key areas;

• Process for Measuring KPI’s
• KPI’s Currently Used
• Reporting Methodology of KPI’s
• Benchmarking Values
Reliability Engineering
• Lubrication Management

• Predictive Tasks and Preventive Tasks
• RTF Methodology
• Types of Reliability Techniques Used
• Reliability Value Added
• Applied Technologies
• Process for Developing New Periodic Maintenance Activities

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Training
Shall provide a training program for Root Cause Analysis to allow effective
problem solving through identification of all appropriate solutions, as well as, leading and facilitating the process, to create a common reality and gain buy-in from all stakeholders.
The training shall incorporate learning objectives to provide students with the knowledge and skills associated with best practices for gathering evidence and conducting interviews, and at the conclusion of an investigation, preparation of a final RCA report and enable the facilitator to effectively communicate RCA findings.
The training can be delivered either on-site training or remotely
