Assistant Critical Facility Manager / Shift Leader (1 Year Contract)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Assistant Critical Facility Manager / Shift Leader to support and manage mission-critical data center operations in a 24x7 environment.
This hybrid role combines operational leadership and shift-based supervision, ensuring high availability, safety, and SLA performance of electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilitie

Operations & Monitoring

• Supervise and ensure continuous operation of data center infrastructure (Power, Cooling, BMS)
• Perform and oversee real-time monitoring and environmental control
• Ensure system availability aligned with SLA targets (99.999% uptime)

Shift Leadership

• Lead shift operations and supervise Shift Operators
• Act as on-duty leader during assigned shifts (including night shifts)
• Ensure effective shift handover, communication, and reporting

Incident Management

• Lead first-line response to alarms and incidents
• Perform troubleshooting, restoration, and escalation
• Support and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

• Plan, supervise, and ensure completion of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM)
• Coordinate and control third-party vendors on-site

Procedure & Compliance

• Ensure strict execution of SOP, MOP, and Emergency Procedures (EOP)
• Enforce safety standards (LOTO, Permit to Work, PPE)
• Support audit and compliance activities (ISO, TIA, etc.)

Reporting & Documentation

• Review and validate shift logs, incident reports, and maintenance reports
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years in Data Center / Critical Facility Operations
• Experience in team leadership or shift supervision

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field

Certifications (Preferred)

• Electrical License / Professional Engineer (ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม)
• Safety certifications
• CDCP (Advantage)

Working Condition:

1. Able to work in shift rotation (24x7 / day & night shift)
2. On-site operation role (Rama9, Bangkok)
