Associate / Senior Associate - Client Side (Investment Team)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models to track portfolio performance, including cash flows, portfolio analytics, and other key metrics.
• Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis
• Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins
• Establish benchmarks for financial processes
• Undertake research and analysis on general economy, industrial market conditions and market transactions
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal discussions and investor meetings
• Assist with financial analysis, research, analysis and presentation of new business opportunities and strategic initiatives across the Hong Kong, including capital-related  initiatives and other business development activities
• Assist in the planning, analysis and implementation of key ESG initiatives across company portfolio, and reporting to upper management and different stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets and re-forecasts
• Assist in the preparation of management, board and investor reports
• Assist in the independent valuation process for existing portfolio assets
• Other duties as required by the Senior Director of Investment Management or General Manager, Hong Kong from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Degree from a well-regarded university
• More than 6 years relevant working experience.  Candidates with up to 10 years' experience will be considered for Senior Associate position
• Strong analytical, financial and accounting skills
• MUST have strong financial modelling skills
• Proactive, strong critical and strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and strong English writing skills
• Speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a team player
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously  and work under pressure
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong real estate market and regulatory environment
