Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator, currently requires an Aviation Co-Ordinator to join the team on a contract basis
Responsible for Managing long and short-term Flight Booking and Daily Flight Schedule as well as preparing for future aviation operations.

Key responsibilities, tasks and activities
• Assist in maintaining passenger records with relevant certification such as medical and survival training and other specific requirements on the Vantage POB system.
• Assist in maintaining rotas and bookings for offshore personnel through Vantage POB system, liaising with all Companies involved in current operations.
• Book onshore accommodation and travel as required for personnel and assisting with other personnel as required.
• Assist with the co-ordination of any offshore shuttling requirements, in conjunction with Aviation.
• Manage operational statistics and build into various reports for internal and external use including the development of presentation material as required. This requires the review of all Daily Flying Reports, contracts codes and other statistical information such as utilisation and on time information.
• Liaise directly with the helicopter operator when necessary regarding the accuracy of such information and agree Service Level Agreement and any Key Performance Indicators directly with Aviation Principal
• Ensure adherence by all passengers of helicopter policies, working in conjunction with the Helicopter provider.
• Contribute in preparation for future aviation operations.
Critical Skills and Behaviors
• Ability to deliver on Company values and live by “I am Safety” expectations
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar role preferred
• Previous experience of logistics support to the offshore Oil and Gas industry
• Comprehensive understanding of aviation operations processes.
• Strong user of Excel and experience in SAP RLM/MM/PS modules
• Offshore experience and up to date certification desirable but nor essential
• Analytical thinker and good problem solver
• Have a compliance focused mindset and continually strive for excellence
