SCOPE OF WORK:
- Technical management of Contract and SQMs of all Aviation related contracts to ensure that all are highest possible safety, quality, and operations performance standards and that the rates are lowest possible
- Contract Budget
- Provides support and assurance to the operational entities for Aviation, hereunder all helicopters, drones, helideck, aviation fuel and related operations in compliance with regulation, Group Métier and HSE rules
- Organizing HQ Aviation Department periodic visits / Audits to the operator(s) to verify operations are being performed in accordance with applicable regulations, company Standards, operations/maintenance manuals, aviation requirements, contract language and industry best practice
- HSE and operational site visits to ensure highest standard in all areas of housecleaning, planning and other areas that will secure safety and operational stability
- Follow-up outstanding audit findings to ensure actions and compliance with national & international standards as well as advising HQ Aviation Department as necessary (for local rules)
- Provide proactive support in the planning, budgeting, assurance, operation, and cost control for Aviation
- Develops and drives a performance culture through quality control and performance (KPI) system, develops efficiency improvements and maintains relevant procedures accordingly
- Technically evaluates, in close cooperation with company Logistics Operations and Contracts & Procurement Departments invitations to tender for services
- Manages all operational aspects of the Contract. He/she is responsible for the technical management of the Contract, including but not limited to Communication, HSE Performance, Contract Performance, Quality Assurance
- Organizes, on request of the Contract Owner, minimum one Service Quality Meeting per year. We may organize additional meetings at a higher frequency at the start of a Contract or when the performance is considered sub-standard
- Liaison with authorities where needed, in close cooperation with company Regulatory Affairs and Logistics Operations
- Develop a solid structure and Aviation Management system for company
- Develop and propose solution to remove current suspension of Jetfuel stations on offshore installations
- Test and inspection of project JetFuel station in coop with JIG Inspection
- Complete ongoing cost reduction initiative to remove AFIS radio communication
- Follow up on last year’s audit findings and update/develop action plan to get is registered in COMPANY system and solved afterwards
- Ensuring the weather stations are properly maintained by our maintenance department
- Prepare necessary documentation to obtain approval for using TAF reporting
- Prepare 2025 internal helideck audits with HQ responsible and travel offshore on request to assist
- Follow up with Maintenance department to ensure friction test are done and approved by authorities
- Establish an optimized JetFuel delivery process in coop with the relevant stakeholders
