Aviation Operations Coordinator

Position: Aviation Operations Coordinator
Duration: ASAP, 6 Months
Location: Onshore, Qatar

1. Minimum 2 years experience within Administration.
2. Education – College or equivalent
3. Knowledge of Travel administration is an added advantage.
4. Excellent verbal and written English skills is a prerequisite for the position Proficient MS Office Strong administrative skills Strong analytical skills
5. Obtain visas and exit permits for offshore personnel.
6. Arranging QE offshore pass applications
7. Keeping track of visa’s and exits to prevent loss of work-days for the employees offshore.
8. Support all travel arrangements flight, hotel, travel etc. for all employees and nominated contractors/consultants.
9. Securing helicopter bookings with Joint Operations Centre for all NOC offshore staff and Contractors/ Consultants
10. Coordinate inductions and mobilizations for NOC staff
11. Update the daily offshore POB dashboard by extracting information from Da winci
12. Arranging International hotel bookings for offshore personnel for overseas training.
13. Arranging Offshore camera permit applications
14. Update Aviation Logistics weekly and monthly dashboards.
