BI Manager – Permanent – Hanau, Germany (Hybrid)

3 Days in the Office, 2 days remote

Essential – 3 years’ experience leading a small technical team. Design, develop, maintain BI Reports. Administration and development of Power BI, DAX, and databases. Hands on experience in creating and deploying KPI, analytic, and dashboard solutions.

BI Manager tasks and responsibilities:
 
  • Manage business relationships between enterprise reporting team and internal customers up to and including c-suite
  • Design, develop, maintain and support business intelligence reports.
  • Document, design, and test business intelligence related interfaces and data connections
  • Experience using data in a heterogenic environment.
  • Management, administration, and control of the organization-wide BI and data management settings
  • Management of workspaces, gateways, user permissions, data segregation and license assignment within a multi-national enterprise
  • Consulting our business units regarding content requirements for BI reports
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.

BI Manager to contribute:
 
  • Master’s/bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and a significant number of years of working experience
  • Experience in administration and development of Power BI, DAX, and databases
  • At least 3 years’ experience leading technical teams
  • Microsoft Certified Associate in Power BI or other BI and Power platform component
  • Hands on experience in creating and deploying KPI, analytic, and dashboard solutions.
  • Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages
  • Good analytical skills as well as a structured, careful, and independent working style
  • Excellent verbal and written English; other languages useful
  • Ability to work effectively in a globally dispersed team and business partners.

Candidates mut be eligible to work in Germany.
