As a Blade Coordinator, you will support the Manager in the daily management of the department's activities. You will interact with the Site Closure Manager in the MED Region, the Construction Managers (CM), the Site Managers (SM) and the Maintenance Service Centers. The position is based in Paris with occasional travel in France and in the MED region to the sites of projects in development may be required.

As a Blade Coordinator, you will support the Manager in the daily management of the department's activities. Role Responsibilities
- Technical and commercial responsibility for blade work in the MED region
- Coordination of service providers for inspections or repairs of blades
- Study of quotations and invoices from service providers regarding commercial and technical aspects
- Follow-up of performance and quality indicators of the services provided by the subcontractors
- Management of service providers for tenders in the different countries of the MED zone:
- Coordination of tenders for works on blades
- Support in the technical delivery of service providers
- Collaboration with the tenderers
- Preparation and participation in negotiations with service providers
- Pre-planning of blade works for the concerned technical units
- Technical and commercial interface between internal and external service providers.
- Participation in the creation and optimization of technical and non-technical processes and concepts
- Verification and approval of internal documentation (e.g. work instructions, HSE documentation).
- Technical analysis and evaluation of documentation related to blade incidents (e.g. inspection reports, repair reports)
- Ensure quality control of subcontractors' blade work on site
- Primary contact for employees regarding blade related matters for the entire MED region
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years’ experience in the field of wind turbine blades or in relation to composite materials
- Knowledge of the work environment
- Standard GWO: work at height, manual handling and machine evacuation
- English & French speaking
- Good command of Microsoft Office (SAP would be a plus)
- Good knowledge of production processes and materials for wind turbine blades or in relation to composite materials
- Driving license
- Training in elevator manufacturers: Hailo and Zarges would be a plus
- Ability to make decisions and manage a heavy workload and multiple demands
- Ability to be efficient, proactive, coordinate, delegate and propose
- Good listening and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to construction sites or other offices regularly
