In your first few weeks in this Business Analyst role, you can expect to:
- Assist the Product Manager on product MVPs using data to drive customer value
- Act as the bridge between Product and other stakeholders to clarify requirements in business and system analysis view, translating business needs into technical requirements
- Quickly understand the functionality and capabilities of systems and third-party software products autonomously and advocate a clear software development process to deployment, operation, monitoring, and support
- Create product briefs with clear objectives, descriptions, technical dependencies, development and configuration required, and conduct required testing of new features/software
- Gather business requirements and user stories and conduct business process mapping, re-engineering and process analysis, suggesting optimisations
- Ensure the technical architecture satisfies the features listed within the product brief, and oversee the implementation of new products and features.

- Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English
- Basic IT knowledge in Software tools, IT Networking, Databases, etc
- Understanding of Application Architecture & Software Development Life Cycles
- Experience documenting large scale projects, preferably end to end Application Development Projects.
