Job Title: Business Support
Location: Canning Vale
Working Hours: 38 hours per week (7am start time)
Length of Contract: Initial 6 month contract

Responsibilities:
- Support the team in the delivery of Health & Hygiene Programs (Respirator Fit Testing, Skin Cancer Checks, Onsite Physiotherapy, Asbestos Surveillance, Audiometry, Vaccinations, Flu Vaccinations). This will include working with and creating multiple different shared access documents eg; Authorised persons register, Emergency planning, Document management.
- Establish and maintain strong networks of internal and external customers.
- Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy and ethical standards.
- Assist and support the Inspection Services Team Leader and other staff as required.
- Assisting with team with work planning, scheduling, investigation, assessment, and customer engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the Inspection Services Team Leader.
- Coordinate electronic booking system to effectively manage times, dates, locations and works required.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or administrative experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation.
- Exposure to Health & Safety teams within the workplace may be beneficial however this is not a HSE position.
- Must have a drivers license as the role may require cover in the Mandurah office at times.
- Demonstrated advanced computing skills and the use of programs such as Microsoft, SAP and Operations Support related suite of computing applications (such as Nexus, Grange).
- Exceptional Office Administrative experience including intermediate level in outlook & excel.
