PROJECT:
The service that is the subject of this document is part of the project: Multi-projects.
Role Requirements:
The service requested relates to the performance of Certifying Authority Engineer services.
Reporting to Head of OPROS Department, inside OFPRO organization, you will participate to projects executions and/or to the preparation of commercial offers about CA activities . You will be in constant interactions with internal disciplines (Quality, HSE, Engineering, Supply Chain, Fabrication, Operations, Contract Management) and with the Client and designated CA Subcontractor. To do this, you will be required to:
• Analyze tender/contractual documentation and clarify (if any) battery limits between Clients about CA activities
• Support on the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and the project Organization Charts for CA coordination
• Prepare or review bid cost estimate for CA coordination
• Prepare CA purchase requisitions, support CA Bidder list issuance and perform CA Technical Bid Evaluation
• Manage CA Subcontractor activities during execution of the project including but not limited to:
- coordination of CA activities (technical & production documentation review, qualifications witness, inspection/site visit, dedicated meetings attendance, certificates issuance/approval) with Project Team (Document Control, Engineering, Supply Chain, Fabrication, Operations and Pre-commissioning)
- Attendance at regular meeting with Client and CA Subcontractor
- Monitoring CA Progress through weekly report & monthly report
- following-of CA Subcontract budget (invoicing review/approval, variation orders identification/issuance, review, and acceptance)
