NES Fircroft are working with a Major Mining Operator, seeking a Change Management Analyst.



Location: This role will be office based, in East Perth office with SOME adhoc travel but only a few times per year to meet the team.
Length of Contract: 9 months initially with the view to extend after the financial year
Reporting to: Change Manager
Pay Rate: Upwards of $800 per day (depending on experience)
Department: Procurement Services department.
Experience Required: Looking for someone with 5-10yrs of Change Management experience… this is not a lead role, it will report to the Change Manager who will take ownership of all implementations. A background in Mining would be beneficial for this position and it will require someone with a very analytical mind.



Responsibilities:
  • Change resource Person reports to Senior Change Management Advisor, and as such, is a member of Change team and the philosophy/principles by which we operate.
  • Senior Change Advisor remit for WorkMate – Note – also acting as Change resource on other transformation projects
  • Change Impact Assessments – partnering with BPEs on mapping journeys/requirements
  • Communication Strategy and Plan – setting direction and context and cadence
  • Change Champion Network Management
  • Stakeholder Management and Engagement – roll out plan and execution
  • Status update/Reporting - Steer Co/ senior leadership engagements - attendance and change representation
  • Business Readiness/ Benefits capturing/ facilitation with sites
  • Risk/ Gap analysis and escalation/ mitigation
