Change Management Specialist
About the Programme:
The project is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new company operating model and decentralization agenda. It is a key first step in establishing global end-to-end processes and modernizing the finance part of our legacy ERP estate which will create sustainable benefits for the business.
Role overview:
In this role you will plan and deliver change management activities for the project in different locations internationally and across business areas throughout the transformation journey. This includes applying change management expertise (methodology, processes, and artifacts and accelerators) that helps drive change adoption and enables the success of the program.
You will work collaboratively with various workstreams to deliver change management including: PMO, Learning, Communications, and report to the FTP Change Deployment Lead

General Accountabilities:
- Change management deployment – Acts proactively to ensure change management requirements are translated into actions that support the program strategy and plan. Applies in-depth change management expertise (i.e., change impact analysis, business readiness assessment, etc.) to facilitate change. Understands how to best apply change accelerators and artifacts for ERP implementations (i.e., SAP Activate).
- Communication – Assists to cascade messages to keep key business and project stakeholders engaged and up to date. Drives integration with local communications lead for a holistic deployment approach.
- Networking – Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to actively recommend change management actions that maximize effectiveness and adoption. Actively tries to find ways to constantly improve cross-workstream communications. Identifies risks and serves as a point of escalation for change and communications issues.
- Collaboration & teamwork – Provides guidance, support, and bring expertise to senior stakeholders and the project team regarding change management. Works successfully in multicultural teams and builds strong relationships with local and global stakeholders at different levels
- Help drive the execution of the program’s change management strategy impacting people, business processes and technology landscape.
- Help implement artifacts and tools to enable the success of the transformation program across businesses.
- Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness per stakeholder group leveraging data, leading interviews, and delivering highly engaging workshops.
- Deploy change management toolkits to assist the agile delivery of leadership engagement, communications, training, resistance management and measurement objectives as needed.
- Perform issue root cause analysis, advise on mitigating action and tracking to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Coach and advise local project teams on the mobilization of change/ champion networks and user engagement initiatives.
- Support the communications leads in the design, development, and delivery of communications initiatives. Advise local teams on key messages and content leveraging appropriate channels.
- Support, engage and coach change leaders locally and serve as a point of escalation on change related topics.
- Ensure strict adherence to established change management processes and procedures for audit compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, behavioral science, business administration or similar.
- 5 years of change management technical experience in a large, global multinational organization in a program management, continuous improvement, or transformation role.
- Change expertise, including effective application of change methodology, processes and tools.
- Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issues timely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English a must.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Project management/coordination skills.
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to lead and drive results independently.
- Ability to comfortably work across teams of different cultures and time zones.
- Strong interest in technology and understanding of digital transformation concepts, approaches and challenges.
- Prosci ADKAR (or similar) change certification is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in design thinking, agile/ scrum, SAFe is a plus
