They are seeking a Civil Site Manager to join their collaborative team and continue their growth in Blenheim. As a Civil Site Manager, you will be experienced in overseeing the construction of civil projects from commencement through to completion, as well as having the leadership skills for leading and developing team members. You will be a strong advocate for health and safety.

- Taking responsibility for the staff on site to ensure the projects are completed correctly
- Working as part of a team carrying out tasks such as drain laying and construction works
- Operating machinery on site
- Undertaking either Drainage, Roading, Earthworks or Construction works
We are seeking someone with a proven track record of:
- Delivering small to medium civil construction projects
- Managing a team of civil staff including ensuring roles and responsibilities of the team are clear and your team works effectively towards successful project delivery
- Having effective time management skills
- Having the ability to work under remote supervision
You will also preferably have a Class 2 licence as a minimum and WTR.
