What we're looking for: 🌟

• 🔹 Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, particularly in roads, pavements, bulk earthworks, and rural highways.
• 🔹 Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• 🔹 Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, site operations, and safety standards.
• 🔹 Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and ensure project success.

• Ability to do FIFO adhoc where required to site projects
