Commissioning and Offshore Planner
Contract period: 23.09.2024 - 31.12.2026
Location: Haugesund
Main Tasks:
- Develop and maintain the project schedule for the Commissioning and Offshore phase. This requires collecting proactively information from various stakeholders in the project and integrate them into schedules
- The scope will encompass the following tasks:
- Coordination of Onshore/Offshore Commissioning and Completion activities
- Lead project progress reviews and validate and challenge actual progress
- Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments
- Highlight the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule for his/her area and propose the optimization and mitigation actions
- Contribute to the project strategy in compliance with the requirements defined by the Project Management
- Prepare schedule and progress reports, for live, revised and baseline plan
- Promote time management practices awareness in the project team
Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor within technical or commercial topics. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as project planner
- Work experience with Safran Project is essential
- Experience with EPCI-C projects, and especially experience from offshore operations and commissioning activities
- Fluent in English, Norwegian is an advantage
- Agility to juggle with schedule’ simulations, various scenarios, and changing project goals
- Have a collaborative and proactive working attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- High loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
- Structured and engaged co-worker
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
