Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Maintenance Manger the ECI Section Manager, you will be responsible for all of the Electrical, Controls and Instrument maintenance activities of the Combined Cycle Power Plant operated by Client including identifying the maintenance requirement.
You will work within and lead a small team of station staff directly involved in maintaining the EC&I equipment of the station in a safe and efficient manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identifying, recording and revision of all maintenance requirements.
2. Promoting safety awareness/safe working practice to EC&I personnel and contractors.
3. Ensuring all work performed is in accordance with established procedures and good engineering practice.
4. Preparing technical specifications for external work supply and review of tenders.
5. Identifying training and development requirements of EC&I personnel.
6. Controlling and forecasting of EC&I maintenance budget.
7. Reviewing ECI spares holding.
8. Document and maintain plant specific maintenance processes and procedures.
9. Work order feedback review and verification.
10. Review routine maintenance plan.
11. Unscheduled maintenance organizing.
