Consultant Task Lead

Aker Solutions are looking for a Consultant Task Lead to handle multiple workscopes on a Brownfield maintenance and modifications contract. This role has provisionally been determined as outside of IR35.

Deliverables:

Provision of Project Engineering consultancy services to Company Engineering department to enable:

• Required activities to facilitate smooth and timely delivery of assigned scopes to acceptable company standard
• Progress reporting as required for assigned scopes
• Compliance with policy, process, and regulations
• Project awareness of risks and mitigating actions 
• Promotion of compliance with company Health & Safety standards
• Participate in meetings as required to deliver the contracted scope of work

We think you should be able to demonstrate:

• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently, clearly specify and garner input from supporting engineering disciplines to achieve tasks / scopes, progress reporting and planning, professional attitude and conduct, professional communications to peers and clients, delivery focused
• Degree in Engineering Discipline + 10 years experience or HNC in Engineering subject +15 years experience
• Significant experience in Brownfield maintenance and modifications contracts to North Sea standards
