Contract Administrator – Commercial Construction – Industrial Projects – Progress into a Project Manager!
This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company based in South-East Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis to work on upcoming industrial projects leading to a progression into a Project Manager role.

The responsibilities of this role are:
- Prepare head contract claims/variations
- Manage project budgets
- Assess and process subcontractor payment
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Process purchase orders and requisitions
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor of Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CA for a Commercial Builder in Melbourne
- Experience successfully delivering projects in the range of $10-50M
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed and grow within the business
- Strong verbal and written skills
