Role Responsibilities
- Organise the market consultation & negotiate fabrication contracts (with capacity reservation) for offshore foundations / structures
- Prepare tender deliverables
- Administrate and run the call for tender
- Qualify suppliers
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions / variations in agreements
- Present outcomes to management
- Deliverables = Memos/Presentation + Negotiated contracts (Agreement & Exhibit)
- Support the procurement strategy for OFW foundations & WTG Package
- Consolidate market intelligence for this procurement segment
- Consolidate supplier intelligence for foundations suppliers
- Run multidisciplinary workshops (structural engineers, legal experts, project engineers)
Role Requirements
- Fair knowledge of energy-related challenges and industrial construction techniques
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work cross-functionally, flexibility
- Graduated from an engineering or business school - Bachelor’s degree as minimum
- Experience in complex construction contracts negotiation
- Proficiency in Power BI is welcome
- English speaking is mandatory, French is a plus
- Analytical and synthesis abilities, rigor
- Strong contractual background & skills
- Robust understanding of industrial projects in Oil & Gas or Renewables energies
- Strong Knowledge in EPC / FIDIC contracts
- Contractual and commercial negotiations with industrial equipment manufacturers
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in procurement / contracts engineering
