As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing customer and subcontractor contracts within a large-scale and complex international wind energy project in cooperation with the Project manager and Commercial project manager.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Ad hoc contract analysis on request
  • Securing the company's contractual position, issuing contract notices and preparing claims
  • Participating in the tendering phase with subcontractors, including customization of standard key terms for Request for Quotation (RFQs)

To apply for this Contract Manager role, you will need a legal/contract manager/quantity surveyor qualification in a member state of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. You will also require the following:

  • At least five years of experience as a contract manager for international projects, ideally in the energy sector
  • Experience working with international standard contract forms
  • Experience in contract administration and management in international projects in the industry sector, ideally wind power
  • Excellent analytical mind, which gives you a global vision of the issues at stake
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to offer solutions proactively
