Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in control system engineering within the Oil & Gas sector
- Proven ability to resolve engineering challenges while coordinating effectively with Project Execution Teams
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and standards applied to control systems design and implementation
- Proficiency in developing and updating engineering policies and procedures aligned with organizational frameworks
- Experience providing guidance to FEED, EPC contractors, and third-party service providers throughout project lifecycle
- Ability to evaluate complex engineering tasks and make well-informed recommendations to management
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining compliance with project management systems and client specifications
- Prior exposure to project management roles within engineering teams
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including external organizations and appointed representatives
- Familiarity with multi-disciplinary engineering integration and contributing to cross-functional project efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Control Systems, or related field)
- Extensive background supporting large-scale projects in the Oil & Gas industry, ideally with involvement in strategic campaign planning and execution
- Willingness to engage with multiple project phases, including site supervision and contractor coordination
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise across teams and ensure alignment with project philosophies and objectives
- Commitment to uphold and enforce project standards, specifications, and timelines throughout the engineering process
