  1. Implement company’s business plan and contribute to enhancing this plan.
  2. Develop job packages and teams for client assignments, including logistics and visas.
  3. Identify the company’s need for personnel and equipment within IM services. Close the gap under the supervision of the management
  4. Do prc-qualifications, qutocs and tenders, plus participate in marketing and business development work, but be main responisible towards client during operational phase.
  5. Do budget work and be responsible all aspect of the entity’s budget.
  6. Responsible for the company’s profit and loss accounts and financial statements.
  7. Evaluate and develop a pool of Taiwan sub-suppliers, venders and individual contractors in addition to own employees.
  8. Make sure that all compoany’s service activities arc carried out according to our global specifications. HSEQ requirements and procedures.
  9. Develop company’s own procedures for IM services specific for the region.
  10. Make sure that employees in company are at all times up to date with the latest valid revision of approved specifications and procedures.
  11. Reveal need for and carry out training of personnel.
  12. Motivate and encourage personnel to suggest measures for improvement.
  13. Keep up to date with developments in relevant areas of discipline and the country’s offshore wind business as a whole.
  14. Deliver advanced forecasts, market status reports and entity updates when required for the Management team and board of directors.
  15. Embark sporadically as needed should the customer relationship call for it.
