Rate of pay:   £12.50p/h +33 holidays (25days+8BH)
(Rate equivalent to ££26,000)
Mon – Fri:     8.30am - 5pm
12-months possibly longer (maternity cover)

Hybrid role - 3 days from home 2 in the office

The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a small friendly team. The company's offices are open plan, providing a good working atmosphere and working relationships between departments.

The Customer Service Advisor's weekly duties will include:

  • Answering approx.40 calls and emails per day
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
  • Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention.
Experience working in an office environment. You will also require the following:
  • Ability to multi-task
  • The skill to deliver a first-class customer experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Good IT skills
  • Good attendance and timekeeping.
