We are helping our automation and controls client find a Customer Service Advisor
based in Coventry, CV6. This is a 12-month plus contract.
Rate of pay: £12.02p/h + 33 days holidays (25days+8BH).
Hours: Monday - Friday. 8.30am - 5pm **
Hybrid role once trained: 2 days home/3 office
The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a small friendly team.
The company's offices are open-plan, providing a good working atmosphere and working relationships between departments.
The Customer Service Advisor's weekly duties will include:
- Answering 40-plus calls and emails per day
- Resolving customer issues
- Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
- Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention.

Hourly rate of £12.02p/h, which is equal to a salary of £25,000.
