Customer Service Representative - 3 Month Initial Contract - Part Time (25 Hours per Week)


- Administration of customer master data e.g., creation of new shipping accounts and amendments to existing customer accounts for cereal seeds deliveries
- Data entry of standard cereal crop orders
- Telephone cover, expectation to take customer messages and pass onto appropriate team members
- General admin assistance for UK customer services team as required & dependent on workload

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate would be a good team player but also show initiative and be able to work independently. Can pick up ad-hoc tasks on request and is computer literate. Flexible with working hours (can be negotiated) – ideally have ability to work more hours through late August/September. One day a week minimum in the office on a Tuesday. Hybrid working may be available if appropriate, once training is complete. Good communication skills and attention to detail essential.
