This company is an exploration and production leader located in Amsterdam. They are currently looking to grow their team with the help of a data entry specialist.

We are now looking for a Data Entry Specialist
For starters, you will be responsible for ensuring data is correctly entered into Lucid systems. You’ll also take care of myriad administrative tasks in our own ERP systems. And you’ll make sure that our reports to internal and external stakeholders are accurately maintained.
So yes, your responsibilities are far reaching and wide ranging. They could include anything from monitoring and updating data using Excel and Power BI to generating weekly and monthly reports in Excel or PowerPoint. One day you might be helping to optimise our internal processes, the next day you could be working with stakeholders such as an asset manager or board member to resolve errors in data handling.
Above all, you’ll be working alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry, playing your part in a community of innovators who genuinely want to make a positive impact on the industry and on the planet.

What about you?
Ideally, you’ll have between three and five years’ experience in an administrative role maintaining multiple ERP systems and databases. If you’ve accomplished that in the energy industry that’s great, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
It goes without saying that you can work effectively both as an individual and as part of a close-knit group. Dealing with a fast-paced environment? No sweat. Managing large sets of data in Excel or Power BI? No problem. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word are all familiar friends. Your attention to detail is flawless as are your organisational skills. And time is always on your side, of course, because you’re very good at managing it.

And what about us?
As the largest privately owned upstream oil and gas company in The Netherlands, we think big. But we act small. That means we’re bold, ambitious, and entrepreneurial. And at the same time we’re a real team who enjoy working closely together.
We’re always open to new ideas and we enjoy the freedom to organise our own work. Above all, we really do value our people and do everything we can to take good care of them.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at an exciting yet challenging time as we continue to develop the processes that support our shift to near-zero production. If you’re driven by the idea of creating a better, more sustainable future, ONE-Dyas might just be the place for you.

Profile requirements:
  • Your education: Vocational level (MBO) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Employment Type: Part-time (three days per week).
  • Your languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Where you’ll work: Amsterdam, Netherlands
