My client, a Tier 1 Blue chip company in the energy sector, is striving to meet the growing global demand for safe, sustainable, and affordable energy and as such, plan to become a leading player in offshore wind.
They are looking for a high calibre individual to support their expanding UK offshore wind team on a £1bn+ Windfarm Project off the Coast of the UK.

Role Responsibilities
- Leads the development and implementation of tag data management processes and systems; ensuring understanding of the broader scope across all project stages and associated contract sites
- Leads the set-up of tag data management implementation plan reflecting the project scope and execution strategy; ensuring full understanding of Project Information Management strategy, project scope, contracting strategy and execution plan
- Leads the tag data management input to the overall change management process; ensuring it is rigorously applied to all changes and that impacts are fully assessed and incorporated into project asset data deliverables forecasts
- Supports identification of project requirements for all tag data necessary during the lifecycle of the assets being delivered and include those requirements in all project contracts for services and materials
- Ensures that tag data delivery schedule and progress report is collected from contractors and is used to underpin the project progress assumptions and forecast
- Establishes tag data management related communication plans, interfaces and a reporting system that provide the leadership team and stakeholders with timely analysis and insights for all work scope
- Ensure appropriate tag data storage is in place to support project delivery and subsequent handover into the asset instance of corporate database
- Facilitate exchange of data from various sources with statutory authorities in the required formats and quality
Role Requirements
- 7+ years experience managing asset data / information systems on large scale projects
- Core competence in Data Management
- Experience using web based engineering data warehouse applications and infrastructure for controlling tag data
- Self-motivation and a high level of individual initiative and self-reliance are required
- Strong ability to build partnerships, actively engage and respect contributions of others
- Influencing and communication skills in English language
- Excellent inter-personal skills and behaviours
- Ability to produce good quality written reports and summary presentations
- Ability to harness use of digital tools to provide high quality planning and performance management reporting information
- Knowledge of various data types including GIS data
