For our Client, renewable energy fund we are currently recruiting for the position:
Development Manager RES

Responsibilities:
  • Project Identification: Identify and evaluate potential renewable energy project opportunities in Poland
  • Project Development: Lead the development process, including site acquisition, permitting, land lease negotiations, and feasibility studies.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct light financial modeling and analysis to assess project feasibility, ROI,and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant permits, licenses, and regulations related to renewable energy projects in Poland.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, local communities, government authorities, and industry partners.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate agreements with suppliers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in Poland or a similar market.
  • Strong understanding of the Polish renewable energy market, including regulatory requirements and incentives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, light financial modelling, and MS OfficeSuite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English is required.
