NES is actively seeking an experienced clerical professional with a strong background working with Microsoft Excel for a full-time and long-term contract opportunity with our refining client in Delaware City, DE!!

Document Control Administrator
1. The Document Control Administrator supports pressure equipment integrity and safety
by aiding the Inspection & Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineering Department in the
areas of procurement and document control.
The Document Control Administrator’s responsibilities include
o Requisition and maintain inspection tools and supplies
o Maintain a list of Inspector Certifications
o Maintain the inspection central library
o Maintain the electronic inspection files
PCMS
Events
o IR Inspection (Heaters)
o Internal RV Inspections (PSVs)
o External Inspections (PSVs)
o Certificate Inspections (Vessels)
o As instructed by Inspectors
Equipment
o Update Code Forms
o Update Manufacture/ Serial # (PSVs) with inspections
o Add Equipment
Reporting various PCMS data queries
Blue Cello/Meridian/QVP
New Files
Updating Files
Voiding/Retiring Files
o Requisition and distribute codes and standards
o Manage the distribution of inspection procedures and maintains a call file for their
revision
o Compose and distribute the monthly Key Performance Indicators for the
Mechanical Integrity & Reliability Department
o Organizing Meals (Mechanical Integrity & Reliability, HSE, Technical)
o Be able to perform in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Excel
Background working in a technical or plant environment strongly preferred
