Document Controller 
 
Contract period: 19.08.2024 - 31.12.2025 
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks: 

- Handling of engineering documentation internally, towards the customer, Sub-contract, interface and fabrication in accordance with the requirements for the project. 
- Handling supplier documentation internally, towards customers and suppliers in project phase and asbuilt delivery. 
- Quality check, registration and distribution of documentation according to requirements.
- Maintenance of document metadata.
- Maintenance of client document systems. 
- Be a driving force and super user in the document management system IFS.
- Assist with guidance and support within Document Management, both internally in the project and externally to the supplier.
- Follow up engineering and supplier's document delivery through the document plan and ensure correct receipt, and formal quality. 
- Ensure correct distribution of supplier documentation into the project organization for review and approval in accordance with the requirements as set out in the customer's management system and/or in the contract.
-Follow up formal correspondence, TQ etc.

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience. Minimum 5 years.
- Software: IFS
- Language: Norwegain and English.
