My client, a Tier 1 Blue chip company in the energy sector, is striving to meet the growing global demand for safe, sustainable, and affordable energy and as such, plan to become a leading player in offshore wind.

They are looking for a high calibre individual to support their expanding UK offshore wind team on a £1bn+ Windfarm Project off the Coast of the UK.

Role Responsibilities
 
  • Supporting document control process across all three projects
  • Maintenance of project Document Distribution Matrix, Master Document Register, etc
  • Supporting development and implementation of appropriate information management procedures, tools and processes
  • Supporting delivery of documentation delivery performance management information
  • Developing good interfaces with all project Workstreams
  • Administering the project Sharepoint site, and providing user training / support as require
  • Supporting the administration of formal project document store, “ThinkProject”, and providing user support

Role Requirements
 
  • 5+ years experience managing documentation / information systems on large scale projects
  • Experience of using project documentation systems, including Sharepoint
  • Self-motivation and a high level of individual initiative and self-reliance are required
  • Strong ability to build partnerships, actively engage and respect contributions of others
  • Influencing and communication skills in English language
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and behaviours
  • Ability to produce good quality written reports and summary presentations
  • Ability to harness use of digital tools to provide high quality planning and performance management reporting information
