Scope of work:

• General Operational Support: provide input and support to Operational Personnel during Daily Drilling Meetings, Pre Spud Meetings, HAZID & HAZOP studies and other such forums as may be required i.e. SRM, SQM, RCA’s etc , record, track and follow up on operational & equipment failures
• Vendor Performance Monitoring: Initiate, progress, follow up of performance failure investigations with Vendor’s & Service Providers, present investigation findings to DW to facilitate close out, coordinate, schedule and facilitate Supplier Quality Meetings (SQM), scheduling, facilitating, leading and following up Company Compliance & Management System Audits of Vendor & Service Providers
• Company Inspection & Assurance Process:  overview the coordination and execution of Asset specific inspection assignments and follow up and resolve any inspection findings or non conformances, review and approval of Vendor & Service Providers Quality Assurance and Inspection & Test Plans
• Provision of Equipment & Services: Provide specification and certification input into Company Material master data, provide QA input and assistance to Contracts, Purchasing & Materials during provision of equipment
• Technical Support: Facilitate, coordinate, verify and approve Equipment Specification Requirements (ESR) for equipment defined as a Safety Critical Element (SCE), provide QA input and support during Quotation, Tender, Contract or Order Meetings with Vendors & Service Providers
• System Management: Implementation of Internal and external Asset specific Procedures / Work Instructions, assist with implementation and execution of Internal Audit programs for WCM Management activities

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• BSc degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years associated experience in an oilfield service or manufacturing environment
• Experience working within QHSE management, systems and processes environment.
• Proficient in statistical Qualitative and related Ops Data Analysis.
• Proficient drafting and delivering technical reports and presentations.
• Proficient knowledge of key Oil & Gas Industry Regulations, Relevant National / International Codes & Standards and primary manufacturing processes.
• Proficient Knowledge of Drilling and Wells operations / equipment and the application of Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in Project Management, Process Mapping & MS Office Professional Applications software.
