We are currently recruiting an EEHA co-ordinator for a Global Oil & Gas operator in Darwin, NT on a rolling contract basis & this role will be reporting to the Lead Electrical Engineer & the EEHA Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of the EEHA inspection program for Onshore, FPSO and the CPF.

This role will provide key information to assist in the preparation, execution and close out the annual EEHA program whilst ensuring the compliance with Integrity Critical (IC) requirements are achieved.
Duties & Responsilities:
  • Ensure the EEHA inspection program is being executed in accordance with standards and procedures
  • Manage electronic inspection applications (SafeEx) and liase with applicable OEM / Vendor to ensure the application is available for use at all times.
  • Ensure all barriers to the safe and efficient inspection of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Area are removed.
  • Ensure all portable electronic devices are functional/operational
  • Ensure all personnel are trained in the use of electronic inspection applications (SafeEx)
  • Ensure personnel follow SAP processes, including workorder closeout, time confirmation, M3 notifications in line with the Work Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ensure personnel are updating / uploading Maintenance Work Instructions (MWI’s) & relevant check sheets, completing material returns.
  • Ensure planned maintenance (PMO2’s) are continually optimized through the Management of change (MOC) process.
  • Achieve goals set and in line with the expectations of the Lead Electrical Engineer.
  • Comply with all requirements of the Fitness for Work Policy
  • Provide regular input into the ongoing performance monitoring of the MSC workforce.
  • Coordination of EEHA inspection program
  • Review and approve Risk Assessments (RA’s) to ensure risks are identified and appropriate controls are put in place
  • Review failure mechanisms and ensure appropriate measures are in place
Planning:
  • Coordination of EEHA inspection program
  • Review and approve Risk Assessments (RA’s) to ensure risks are identified and appropriate controls are put in place
  • Review failure mechanisms and ensure appropriate measures are in place
  • Ensure Work Scopes are adequately reviewed, and risk assessed including field walkdown and validation as required.
  • Understand IC work order flow (compliance).
  • Understand the link between SCE’s, MAE’s and the safety case, including the reporting requirements.
  • Review failure mechanisms and ensure appropriate measures are in place
Quality:
  • Ensure EEHA plans are in place and appropriate
  • Ensure Work Order and Notification status is updated to reflect current job status.
  • Ensure current plan compliance status is validated and available for facility reporting.
  • Highly experienced in EEHA inspection programs and AS/NZS 60079
  • Highly experienced in using SAP PM
  • Experienced in the Energy Institute’s guideline for managing inspections of Ex electrical equipment ignition risk in support of IEC 60079-17.
  • Experience in the application of risk based inspection programs
  • Experience in using Business Processes
  • Demonstrate understanding of work management systems

Skills & Experience:
  • Microsoft Suite, Engica ISSOW, SAP CMMS, Appropriate operations Information Management Systems, SafeEx.
  • 10 + Yrs experience in the Oil&Gas Industry.
  • Highly skilled in EEHA and Electrical Engineering
  • Strong interpersonal skills in fostering teamwork and collaboration.
