NES Fircroft is recruiting experienced Electrical Commissioning Supervisors to support a large-scale iron ore infrastructure project across the Pilbara region. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you will lead commissioning and energisation activities across HV/LV systems, substations, overhead lines, transformers, charging infrastructure, and integrated control systems.

You will work closely with engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams to safely deliver critical electrical infrastructure within a fast-paced mining environment.

About You We are looking for candidates who bring:

• Electrical Trade Qualification or Electrical Engineering Degree with current WA Electrical Licence
• Proven experience as a Commissioning Supervisor or Superintendent within mining, industrial, or heavy infrastructure projects
• Strong HV/LV commissioning background including substations, transformers, switchgear, overhead lines, and protection testing
• Experience with energisation activities, control system integration, and working across multiple operational stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and safety-focused mindset in FIFO environments

The Job Role In this role you will:

• Lead commissioning and energisation activities across substations, transformers, HV/LV systems, and 3MW & 6MW charging infrastructure
• Coordinate primary and secondary injection testing, HV testing, LV energisations, and system verification
• Support CMS, LMS, and networking integration activities with operational and technical teams
• Supervise electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to deliver safe and compliant project outcomes
• Play a key role in shutdowns, camp integrations, and final handover to operations
